And if you don’t have architectural plans, certification or finance sorted yet, we can introduce you to an experienced professional right for those requirements.
3 Clear project milestones
Our quotes and contracts are thoroughly put together to control timelines and variations, ensuring no unpleasant surprises later. You’ll always know about upcoming decision-points, payments and possible changes of scope.
4 Precise project management
Coordinating just-in-time delivery of materials and different trades is an artform. It’s also something we take very seriously, to make sure that delays in one area don’t snowball the timelines elsewhere. That means a lot less stress for you.
5 Picture-perfect completion
Well before final sign-off and handover, you’ll be asked to walk through the site and check that everything has been done and you are entirely satisfied.
